THIS WEEK - ROSSITER SYSTEM
Our program this week will be Ellen Brisson-Capp. She is a Rossiter Practitioner and owner of Treasure Valley Rossiter.  If you haven't heard of it, Rossiter is a new fitness system which is designed to relieve your aching body of a myriad of pains and stiffness.
DISTRICT RAFFLE TICKETS FOR SALE
Its that time of year! District 5400's annual raffle tickets sales supports a variety of youth programs like Youth Exchange and RYLA. A portion will come back to the clubs to help defray the cost of attendance. We are each asked to sell 10 tickets. Please make checks payable to Boise Metro Rotary so we can send one check to District Conference.  The winner receives a $4500 AAA Travel credit. Whomever sells the winning ticket also gets $4500! So, if you buy all ten yourself, your chances improve dramatically! Tickets are due MAY 10TH!! ( I have been assured that we have been given the "good" tickets). There are also a number of lesser prizes!
SELL THOSE BRICKS!
The sale of commemorative bricks represents about half of the total cost of our $60,000 Greenbelt project. Our goal is to sell 500 bricks by the end of May. The on-line order form is up and running at http://www.bricks.boisemetrorotary.org. Everything you could want to now about the project is on the club homepage under the "Greenbelt project" tab. You can also pick up a supply of brochures to put at critical locations and hand out to your friends, family and neighbors. And we have T-shirts available for ten bucks.

We are also looking for groups that might like to hear our presentation. We have Centennial Rotary lined up for 4/13, Meridian 4/24 and Western Treasure Valley 4/26.....maybe our own club 5/2. Anyone interested in a road trip?
FLOODS AND NASTY WEATHER
Best laid plans, as they say. Lousy weather forced cancellation of the first "Greenbelt Lemonade Stand" on Saturday. Our turn comes again on April 29th. Eagle/Garden City is next week. We hope we can survive the floods to make these events happen. This is a crucial key to reaching Greenbelt users about our project!

ROTARY NIGHT AT THE ZOO
Steve Merrill from Boise Sunrise paid us a visit recently. First, he wanted to report that the Land Cruiser that was purchased for Gorongoza through a Rotary Global Grant that we participated in has been delivered! Second, he's invited us to participate in the second annual Rotary Night at the Zoo, which was so much fun last year as a Gorongoza fund raiser. This time it'll be a fund raiser for Boise Rotary clubs. We can get a share of the tickets we sell. The event will be Thursday May 4th. Tickets will be $20 for adults, $10 for kids. He has asked that one of us to volunteer to be the Coordinator for our club.
ODDS 'N ENDS
Our guests last week were Laurie Zuckerman from Boise Downtown Rotary, Sharon Willford, Matt McMurray, Nancy Basinger, and Wayne Hadlock......not too late to sign up for District Conference.....several people have bought more than one brick!.....
