This week our program will feature Greg Lewis, a Deputy Chief of the Idaho Department of Corrections.  He'll talk about efforts to help newly released offenders to re-assimilate into our communities.  He may tell us about the Resource Fair coming up on September 15th.

Our River Pointe Park project is complete! New interpretive signs and picnic tables. The six original signs were replaced with weather resistant duplicates including new metal frames. They should last for years! Go check it out!

Our guests last week were Bernadette Almeida, Charles' granddaughters Anja and Mila Rice and Keri Swan. ....Our RYE student  Cecylia from Poland will arrive at the Boise airport on August 17th at 9:00..come be a part of our welcoming committee.....Rick went on a great road trip out West, Bill C. finally won one of those giant belt buckles, and Allan saw a mountain goat in a surprising place.........Janice is working on a catalogue of all the projects our club has done since the beginning....old-timers can help by dusting off their memories...........Two Fellowship 101 winners this week - Deb and Cornelia.......meeting with  the Telaya folks on Monday to set a date for a Sip2Give event to benefit our Greenbelt project......
