The Everyday Leadership Program has been selected as the 2021 IASA Leadership for Public Education (L.I.F.E.) Award. This recognition comes from the Idaho Association of School Administrators (IASA).
"The IASA is so grateful for the hard work of Rotary Clubs of Boise involved with this program. The dedication and diligence of you and your teams have been seen around the state and we would like to recognize you for your efforts. You have been selected as the 2021 IASA Leadership for Public Education (L.I.F.E.) Award recipients! Congratulations! You were nominated by Tim Lowe.
IASA will be hosting an awards luncheon during their summer conference on August 5th at the Boise Centre. All of Idaho’s award recipients will be honored during this time. It’s a chance for administrators to stand up and say ‘thank you’ to such a great team."
Bob Rainville from Boise Sunrise will be accepting this award on behalf of Boise Metro Rotary and Boise Sunrise. He notes that it has been an uplifting experience for us Rotarians to have this opportunity to work with dedicated principals, teachers, counselors and directors in the Boise School District and skilled instructors from the Treasure Valley YMCA in inspiring leadership behaviors and self-confidence in our low-income students.
