We had a meeting with Toby Norton of Parks and Rec last week. The purpose of the meeting was to introduce Toby to our Contractors in Residence, Brian McCoy and Jeff Dinwiddie. We are trying to scheme a way to proceed without having to go through the open bid process. The construction plans and drawings are completed. Brian will review them and we'll come up with a strategy! (the biggest challenge is moving the monument)GREENBELT UPDATE
