The online auction of the LobsterGhost is closed. We had over 300 participants from 28 clubs. We raised $127,000 for Rotary Good! These are much higher numbers than our auction management company thought we would do! The Rotary Club of Boise Sunrise is thankful for the very strong support for this event. This was our first online District 5400 auction. I am pleased. Even though we had to deal with Covid which dampens everyone's spirits; we had more than half of the clubs involved, many generous cash donations, broad variety of auction items and spirited bidding on a lot of them. We thank those who bid on something, made a donation or simply took the time to view the website. We welcome comments and ideas for improvement. We plan to develop this into a major annual fundraiser for all clubs in the District to pursue their ambitions of doing Rotary good, long after Covid! Thank You! In the spirit of Rotary, Karl Klokke, Chair |
