As in every major Rotary International event, a volunteer staff of Sergeants-at-Arms will be on hand to help answer questions and guide you to your next destination. If you are interested in stepping up and serving as an official SAA at the Boise Zone Institute, we have need for a few smiling faces, particularly for the All-Club Luncheon and the Reunion Dinner, both on Friday. DO YOU LOVE TO SING? Join The Zone Tones with other Rotarians and guests as they add their voices during the Institute’s opening dinner on Thursday and during the Inspirational Service on Sunday. If you’d like to participate please contact Rhonda Herrington, Rhonda.herrington@yahoo.com, to let her know that you cannot wait to sing! She will send you music and vocal samples so you will have plenty of time to rehearse your part.
AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION: Both Institute hotels, The Grove and Residence Inn, offer free shuttle service 24/7 to and from the Boise airport, which is only a 13-minute drive away. For The Grove, call 208-333-8000 upon arrival at the airport. You may schedule your departure time with the guest services desk in the lobby.
For Residence Inn, call 208-344-1200 upon arrival, and likewise, you may schedule your departure with guest services.
Friendly, helpful, and welcoming Boise Rotarians will also give you a ride in from the airport if you choose not to take the shuttle. If you would like a ride, please send the following information to Marshall Baker, mbaker@physervicn.com no later than August 22: Each individual passenger’s name, email address, and mobile number, arrival date, arrival time, airline, flight number, and how many bags you will have.
