Our program this week will be Karen Appelgren, Vice President of the Zion's Bank Business Resource Center.  "The Business Resource Center is here to help you find answers and resources, develop strategies, solve problems and get guidance with business, marketing, sales, financing, management, growth opportunities and more."

John Schubin, our champion for Junior Achievement, is planning to schedule a project day for us sometime in August. The project will be to assist JA staff sort and re-make teacher/mentor packets. We did this last year and it was a big help to the mentors. The date will be announced soon! 

Our guests last week were Benjamin Brazier, Jeff Dinwiddie's daughter, and Matt Briggs............Allan reports that our host families are all set........congrats to Allan and Pixie who became grandparents last week...7 pound Avery Quinn...she doesn't have any hair either.........Dave Wilson got a new dog - an Akita - Mary is so happy for him..........did you know that a pizza box is compostable?...... (how do you spell compostable?)......still fiddling with beta bulletin designer...not happy yet.......watch for the District bulletin which comes out today, too..lots of good stuff in there!
