Our program this week will be Mady Rothchild, founder of the Animals in Distress Association.
At our last meeting we were honored to present a check from the Greater Boise Rotary Foundation (GBRF) for $1,500 to the Learning Lab. They spoke to our club some months ago. Their goal is to strengthen our community literacy skills. Our club is one of the Treasure Valley clubs which supports the GRBF. (Pictured are Stephanie Carlson, Ann Heilman, Executive Director, and Mary Reiman.
In case you missed it (it was all over Facebook!) CNBC listed the Rotary Foundation in its top ten list of charities that changed the world in 2015.
