Haven't you always been curious about the geothermal water system that's heated those great old homes on Warm Springs Ave for over 100 years?  A representative from Boise Public Works will be here to tell us all about it.

Did you know:

Join us Wednesday Evening May 4th from 5-7:30PM at Zoo Boise to help Boise Sunrise Rotary Club finish up their fundraising efforts to provide an SUV to the Gorongoza National Park. Our club has joined others in helping Sunrise obtain a Global Grant from Rotary International. Cost is $20 person $10 for kids. We'll have a chance to feed the giraffes and walk with the wallabees - without the crowds! We'll get a detailed preview of the new Gorongoza exhibit.

Raffle Tickets have been distributed and have already started to come back in, thanks!  Congratulations to Jeff Larsen - he's first one in our club to turn in his tickets and check for $100 for selling his book of 10 tickets.   If you have sold your tickets, please return them to me THIS Tuesday!

Do you ever wonder why you are given the opportunity to purchase/sell raffle tickets as part of the district's annual conference?

Many thanks to Cornelia who stepped up to create our FaceBook page!  This has been a large missing piece of our "Public Image". So be sure to visit our page and "like" it and "share it" with all your friends! At last check, Cornelia, John, Mary and Scott will have posting rights.
