It is an honor to receive a Rotary Global Grant which will allow me to pursue my passions within military psychiatry by attending the King's College of London's master program in War and Psychiatry. After completing my year at the King's College of London, I will come back stateside and work as an Army Officer. I hope after one-two years of experience within my job as an Adjunct General Officer, I am able to apply for medical school to get my PhD in Clinical Psychology and work within the Army's Behavioral Health Department, working not just directly with soldiers, but indirectly through creating military policy that is focused on psychological care post trauma. I am extremely grateful and blessed by the opportunity Rotary has given me to begin my scholarly pursuits and am excited to become a member of Rotary International.
