For the first time recent memory, our annual District Conference was held in Boise rather than Sun Valley. Nearly 300 Rotarians from around the District arrived for the two day event, which was spectacular! Some great speakers and some great meals. The Boise Center on the Grove did a fine job all around! A highlight of any District Conference is the presentation of our Youth Exchange kids. Its fun to hear the inbounds tell about their experience in Idaho....Michela was honored as District Leader of the Year..........newest member Matt got to meet Kurt Bowen, exchange experiences about Central America. ..my brother's Eastern Washington D.C. was this week, too - they had Bill Gates and RI Pres Barry Rassin!............Check out the photos!DISTRICT CONFERENCE WAS GREAT!
