Scott Swan, our club rep on GBRF, visited the Board meeting last week. He bought us up to date on the history of the foundation, which was created to provide funds for non-profits in the Treasure Valley. The corpus has just about reached $1 million. The goal is to grant about 5% of the corpus each year. Larger grants are being awarded now; deadline for smaller ones is March 15th.
