We are still waiting for the City's legal department to provide us with the "Donation Agreement" which will specify our joint responsibilities and create the vehicle for us to accumulate the money we have raised into the "Construction Fund". We still don't have an updated cost estimate. The bad news is that, according to Toby Norton at Parks and Rec, bids are coming in really high. Contractors are so busy they're bidding "overtime rates". Seems we are victims of our own prosperity! This may mean that we'll have to raise more money or even wait awhile for a time when things aren't so crazy.
