Boise Downtown's Ken Howell, our former District Governor, is our District's representative to Rotary International's Council on Legislation, which meets every three years.Every three years, representatives from Rotary districts worldwide gather in Chicago to review and vote on proposed legislation. The Council on Legislation is an essential part of Rotary’s governance. The 2022 Council on Legislation will be held simultaneously, in-person and virtually, on 10-14 April 2022.
