Our Shark Pond grant recipient, Emmanuel Osei, who's company is known as GabyMot Anzaldi Enterprise, is doing amazing things in the world of recycling in Ghana. We are proud of his progress! He writes this:

On this special occasion of World Recycling Day, GabyMot Anzaldi extends its heartfelt gratitude to you for your unwavering support and commitment to our mission of environmental sustainability and social empowerment.
Your generosity has been instrumental in transforming the lives of vulnerable communities while contributing to a cleaner, greener planet.Through your support, we have been able to train and empower marginalized individuals—persons with disabilities, single mothers, ex-convicts, and others—to become agents of change in waste management.
Your contributions have enabled us to collect, sort, and recycle tons of plastic and paper waste, reducing pollution and fostering a circular economy.
Your belief in our vision has also allowed us to launch impactful initiatives, such as being a coordinator for EntraPov 12-week self-reliance program, thanks to President Ben, partnerships with medical services for waived bills, and partial scholarships for youth education. These efforts have not only created sustainable livelihoods but also restored dignity and hope to those often overlooked by society.
As we celebrate World Recycling Day, we reaffirm our commitment to innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability.
