This week we'll welcome Matt Bishop, founder of Cafe Mule and Ironside Coffee. He may bring Richard the Mule?Richard (The Mule) decided to act. He launched a trailside coffee service in the Foothills of Boise, Idaho in 2016. In these free community services, Richard and his companions brewed and served coffee for any and all who showed up. What came about as a result was powerful: increased outdoor recreation, spontaneous community vibes, great coffee, and an appreciation of beautiful scenery.
