The events run from 5-7pm on typically the last Thursday of each month and moves to various business locations, which are included on the sheet.

If you have any questions ask Carrie or a member of the membership team.
NEW CONTEST - CONNECTOR OF THE MONTH
The Board of Directors and Membership Committee have launched a Connector of the Month program through the end of June 2024.

Boise Metro Rotarians are invited to bring a potential member prospect to a weekly lunch and will receive 1 entry for each guest into the monthly Connector of the Month drawing.  The entries will be for member prospects only, not guests such as family or friends you are inviting to hear a specific speaker.

The drawing will be held on the last Tuesday of the month for a $25.00 Downtown Boise Association Gift Card.
DISTRICT ROTARIANS HEADING FOR PERU

A team of 19 Idaho Rotarians from District 5400 is set to travel to Peru this February to participate in various humanitarian projects, including forestation, support for a children's benefit concert, assistance for a cancer center, and donations to local hospitals and schools.

The group, which is made up of members from multiple Rotary clubs across Idaho, will work with local Rotary Clubs in Peru to plant trees in the high Andes mountains near Machu Picchu, in an effort to combat deforestation and promote sustainable development.

In addition to the forestation project, the team will also provide support for a children's benefit concert, which aims to raise funds for a local Peruvian charity that supports needy children with promising musical talent. They will also visit a cancer center to offer support and donations, as well as provide wheelchairs to local hospitals and backpacks to children in a rural Peruvian school.

This humanitarian trip is part of the Rotary's mission to promote service, fellowship, and goodwill around the world. The team is excited to make a positive impact in Peru and looks forward to building relationships with the local community.

If you or your club would like to support PROJECT PERU 2024 please contact PDG Rich Kirkham, Pocatello Rotary Club, at 208-251-6570 or rich@richkirham.com.  Or visit our website for more information on how you can donate.  Please help spread the word.
