One of the girls is expecting a baby. Let's contribute to a special gift for her, so she and the little one can get a good headstart in life. There are so many things a newborn needs, and a young single Mom will need a lot of support. I'll gather unwrapped items for that project separately, and bundle it up in a giant gift basket. We have been in contact with the City Parks and Recreation Department about our idea of a pollinator garden at our Greenbelt Park location. They are thrilled! In fact, Parks and Rec has built a number of these gardens throughout the city that we can use as examples. Shiloh is our chairperson for this project. Spring is not far away!
