THIS WEEK - COUNTY CLERK
Our guest this week will be Phil McGrane, Ada County Clerk. If you have ever voted, filed paperwork for a court case, picked up a marriage license or applied for a permit in Ada County, you have been to the clerk's office.
EVERYDAY LEADERSHIP TUESDAY
There's an EL meeting with kids this coming Tuesday!  Brook, the lead teacher, welcomes helping bodies to wrangle the kids during activities...there are a lot of them each session (kids and activities!)
It's a great way to meet and get to know the students we are sponsoring, as well as see the cool curriculum that's being implemented to create Everyday Leaders!

Be there 3:30 - 5:00. We'd like to have about three Rotarians show!
Who's in!? 😊
LOTS OF IDEAS AT DISTRICT VIDEO CONFERENCE
Last Saturday the District held a District Assembly via video conference. DG Jennifer guided 31 district leaders who shared some great ideas and celebrated successes. Michela gave a presentation on Public Image and John Schubin told how his push to get us all on Rotary Direct helped our club be #1. We heard about membership ideas, Test Drive Rotary, Corporate Membership, Foundation, Beer Fest, e-clubs, Environmental Stewardship and May's District Conference.  Our District's clubs have some great ideas!
NO PANTS?
Did you know our District has an "e-club"? This is a fairly new concept promoted by Rotary International to provide a means for people to become involved in Rotary without the obligation of membership to a particular club. Its great for people "on the the go" with odd schedules or heavy travel obligations.  Our club is called the "No Pants E-Club".  Visit our e-club here:https://www.facebook.com/rotary5400eclub/  and https://rotary5400.org/clubInfo/district-5400-e-club.
