We checked off every item on the JEMfriends "wish list" (thanks to everyone who participated). Last Tuesday our elves got together and did a beautiful wrapping job and delivered the presents to JEMfriends for their Christmas party.

In honor of the holidays we won't be meeting this week or next, January 2. Our weekly bulletin will take a hiatus as well. We'll see you on January 9th when Andre Loi, our Exchange Student, will join us. So, on behalf of the entire staff at the Metro Rotary Bulletin, we wish you all a joyous holiday and a happy and prosperous new year!

Congratulations to Nate Pierce, who was awarded his Paul Harris Plus 3 last week...........Mary and Paul went to the Elkhorn Yurk but not enough snow for skiing.......when Andre comes to our meeting on Jan 9th; that's a great time to invite a guest to learn about Rotary.......Alexis from JEMfriends joined us last week and gave us an update - they're welcoming 5 more kids next month.....Erica Marshall's presentation about Idaho Women's Incarceration Program last week was a real eye opener. Idaho leads the nation in women being incarcerated......a task force if forming if your interested......
