This week is Club Assembly - no program, it's all business! This is our opportunity to work out details about upcoming projects and explore options for new ones.  We'll review the conclusions of our Visioning. Come with concerns or ideas!
Last week about 15 of us participated in a Visioning exercise to think about the future of our club.  Marie Baker from Nampa Rotary did a fine job facilitating our discussion. Now we have to figure what priorities came to the surface and follow-up!
Next week is the final push to register for the Nov 2 Deer Flat Planting. Here's a link to a video about the project.
Register for Deer Flat by Oct 26 HERE.  There will be a Post Planting Pizza Party, so you don't have to cook dinner on Saturday.
Matt Hanrahan has signed us up for Rake Up Boise on Saturday November 9th. This is a fun family event that we've done in years past. Sign up here. WE NEED AT LEAST SIX PEOPLE TO MAKE A TEAM. Sign up now!!
Last week Russ Weedon from Idaho Power gave a great talk about the future of energy in Idaho.......I don't have as much energy as I used to........Dave G. hit a deer with his rental car in NY last week.........congrats to Mary R. who got new dog doors installed.......Alli had a great wedding this weekend.....Barb showed off her 65 year old bolo tie....she's a fourth generation Idaho Rotarian......Iris and Yucca have been planted at the Greenbelt this  week....can't wait for spring to see if flowers will grow in rocks...........I love Jose Altuve.........BE SURE TO ATTEND OUR NOV 5TH MEETING - THE D.G. IS COMING!
