Our speaker this weel will be Scott Meikle, CEO of Greenscale. At its core, Greenscale is a food manufacturing company using a living ecosystem — fish, plants, and their shared water — to grow measurably more nutritious, pesticide-free food. Backed by technology, experience, and data, we’ve built an efficient, traceable, and sustainable growing system.Greenscale is constructing a 25,000 square foot pilot facility in Boise, Idaho to provide products to local fish markets, grocery, and health food stores. We will create jobs, contribute to the local economy, and reduce environmental impact, all while enhancing local food security.
