THIS WEEK - EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING AT BSU
Our speaker this week will be Nick van Santen, Associate Director of Experiential Education at  BSU. Nick as a Masters in Divinity from Princeton and an EdD from St. Mary's.
MEET BRANDI HAMMAN - OUR NEWEST MEMBER
Brandi Hamman was introduced to our club last week. She and her husband Tom moved to Boise from Walla Walla about a year ago. Brandi grew up in Kaiser, Oregon, and graduated from Chemeketa Community College with a degree in Business Administration. Most of  her career has been in financial services with Wells Fargo and Hapo Credit Union; she's currently a branch manager with Mountainwest Bank.  Her hobbies include hiking, running, yoga and mountain biking. She and Tom have two grown sons. The most unusual thing she's done:  After graduating from High School she drove across the country all by herself to take a nanny job in South Carolina. And, yes, she has pets - a Parti Poodle named Clark.
GUESS WHO'S COMING TO DINNER! LAST CALL!
Last call to sign up for dinner! Our second GUESS WHO'S COMING TO DINNER event will be Saturday, January 11th. Here's how it works: You can sign up to be either a "host" or a "guest". If you are a guest, you will be told where to go for a fine Rotary dinner at an undisclosed member's home.  Guests come empty handed; you are not allowed to bring anything ( you could bring your favorite  adult beverage to share, but not required). If you are a "host", able to sit 6 to 8 people, you will prepare the entire meal. You will not know who your guests will be.  This is for singles or couples, assignments will be random and secret. Sign up sheets will be available in early December. (You can also download the sign up sheet from our website, under "club documents")  iSign ups must be received by December 15th.This is a fun way to get to know your fellow Rotarians!  WE NEED HOSTS!
JEM FRIENDS CHRISTMAS
Once again this year we will be providing Christmas gifts for the JEM friends kids to put under their tree. Attached you will find the Wish List where you can register what you would like to provide. Bring your gift to our Holiday Fellowship event on December 15th for wrapping. Thanks for supporting this effort, the kids really appreciate it!

HOLIDAY FELLOWSHIP DEC 15TH
Join us Sunday afternoon from 4-6 PM December 15th for some holiday cheer and fellowship. We'll meet at Potter Wines at 5286 W. Chinden. We'll also take this opportunity to wrap the gifts we've purchased for the JEMFriends kids.  We'll have wrapping supplies and snacks.
