 I survived my second meeting as President and am looking forward to our year together. My leadership style is inclusive and I’m also open to suggestions for improvement. Which leads me to area for improvement in our lunch meals and meeting space. While we had a fantastic attendance at our last meeting (thanks Mary for the great speaker!) we were short on food, utensils, and there was a loud chopping noise from the kitchen. I’ve addressed these issues with the restaurant’s Manager and hope to see improvement at our next meeting. While we know Smokey Mountain Pizza is not an ideal location for our club meetings, it’s the reality for now. I’m open to any suggestions you may have for other meeting options in the Metro Boise area. |
