THIS WEEK - FOUNDATION
member photoOur speaker this week will be long time downtown Rotarian Todd Fischer, our District 5400 Foundation Chair. He'll tell us about the Foundation's recent accomplishments and all the ways we can participate.
FOUNDATION REPORT
Roger reports that our progress toward our goals is going well, half way through the Rotary year. Our Polio Plus goal of $4,000 has reached 79%. Our goal for the Annual Fund is at 48% of our goal of $8,400. Also, our members have contributed $3800 so far this year to the Greater Boise Rotary Foundation. Keep up the good work!! And don't forget to sign up for Rotary Direct!

DID YOU LIKE THE NEW VENUE?
It was fun to have our meeting at the new venue last week. How did you like it? We want to know. We generally thought it worked well. The acoustics were great and Life's Kitchen did a fine job with our lunch, although we noted a lack of drink options. I counted 21 people in the room at one point. Did it feel cramped?
