No meeting this week. Enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday with friends and family!!

Tyson reports that the Uganda Water Project is moving ahead. He met via Zoom with the representatives from the Uganda Rotary Club. They've completed a needs assessment and it looks like about $100k will build 5 water wells. We'll get creative with local, District 5400 and RI grant funds to make this happen!

Our annual volunteering at the Winter Gardens Aglow will be Thursday, December 2. Last we knew, we still need volunteers for the following:

Jeff and Charlene have been busy scoping out possible venues for our weekly meetings. Nothing against Life's Kitchen, but we'd like to be closer to downtown. There are many factors to consider: cost, guaranteed availability, technology, parking, meals, etc. Look for a report of their findings real soon!! We hope to make a move in January. THE BOARD WILL BE MEETING THIS WEEK TO CONSIDER THE FINALISTS!

It was great to see Dave Gott with us last week, with his Rotary Minute, about infant incubators in Brazil......he's looking great!......Roger is on the mend as well......Tyson took his boys duck hunting; both bagged one.......Cornelia is vacationing in HI; Amy is babysitting her dogs......Scott went to Zags vs. Texas and noticed that John Stockton still uses a flip phone.....Ada County Sheriff talk last week was very interesting; particularly about their drone teams......my property tax went up 14%...yours??....
