INTERFAITH TOUR AMAZING!
Our guided tour of the new Interfaith Sanctuary last week was amazing! Exec Dir Jodi gave us the cook's tour of the 45,000 sq foot facility, which is, hopefully, scheduled to open in mid-January. There is still a lot of finish work to do but what you see is impressive! The services they will be able to provide the unhoused community is remarkable. With a capacity of about 200 residents, there's even a full medical clinic run by Terry Reilly. Watch for a community open house in January and don't miss it! (I was left wondering "is there anything they haven't thought of?") Thanks for the tour, Jodi, you are amazing!!
IKEA CONSTRUCTION DEC 26th
Interfaith Sanctuary is scheduling teams to help with assembling new furniture coming from IKEA. We'll put a team together to help out on Friday, December 26th from 11-4. A perfect opportunity to see the facility if you haven't already and show off your engineering skills.
