Our program this week will be Jon Swarthout, the founder and artistic/managing director of the Treasure Valley Institute for Children’s Arts, or TRICA. He leads a staff of four and a network of 70 instructors who teach 2- to- 12-year-olds dance, theater, music and art. They are currently in the process of renovating an old church.

There were barely any leftovers the next day and those were gone after lunch. Thank you for helping to feed, care for and support the patients and families we serve."
Join fellow Rotarians for some light snacks and comraderie at Lost Grove Brewery and Tap Room (1026 S. LaPoint St) next Tuesday, March 20th from 5-7pm. Beverages are on your own, but there is $1 off any Lost Grove beer until 6pm. Parking is available on the side of the building.
The next beneficiary of our generosity will be the Agency for New Americans. Michela suggests that we make up some "hygiene kits". So, when your on vacation, steal the little things for your hotel bathroom! We will collect stuff for this group through June 30th.
Our next youth Exchange Student will be Martin Gruau from France. He'll arrive in mid-August. we're looking for additional host families and we also need a Youth Exchange Counselor. Rick will have more info.

CAREER SUMMIT- March 30, 2018 GTI’s Career Summits bring local industry professionals together to help GTI’s Job Seekers practice their interviewing and networking skills in preparation for real job interviews. As a volunteer, you will be paired up with other local professionals and conduct two practice mock interviews with GTI’s refugee and immigrant Job Seeker professionals. This will allow our Job Seekers the opportunity to practice and enhance their interviewing skills. Global Talent Idaho provides all the materials, questions, and information you need to enjoy your experience!
Our guests last week were Ashley Davis from Jannus, Ryan Kelly and Natalie Chatfield (she recognized Allan Bosch as her boss way back when - her first job!).......Cornelia gave the Rotary Minute about kids with special needs planting trees in Singapore....Shawna Walz, our speaker last week, was really impressed with our rendition of the Star Spangled Banner.......we will reschedule our date to present the Borah High kids with a check for $500.....
