Our speaker this week will be Laura McLean, City of Boise Commissioner and Mayoral candidate.

President Alli presented three Paul Harris awards at our meeting last week. Scott Swan, Tyson Wise and John Biggs were each presented with new pins signifying multiple awards.  A Paul Harris Award is given to recognize Rotarians who have consistently contributed to the Rotary Foundation over their Rotary career.

Not 100 yards east of our park is the new Public Art project which was nearly completed last week. Its a really impressive display of colors and the words" Go With The Flow", commisioned by Parks and Rec in the Fairview Ave greenbelt tunnel.  The artist comes from Seattle and has done a lot of this kind of art around the northwest.

Last week we were introduced to Tanner, Alli's assistant and step-daughter.............if you've lost your Rotary badge, please order a replacement with the club Secretary......quiz: who is the Club Secretary......We assign tables about once a month - Schubin doesn't get the concept......oh, he didn't get any red cards this week.....Hank Ebert, our regular guest,  told us about his BSU Internship program called "WorkYou".......Charlene is home recovering from surgery, would welcome visitors............Rick went to Sun Valley with the Youth Exchange kids for an orientation weekend - "high energy" he says..........Look for Noa to visit this week..........Will's son met his Eagle scout goal of 2000 items for the food bank........
